9.0I arrived early since I had to attend an important event and was hoping to get an early check in. The reception advised no rooms were then available but she made every effort to get me one in time to make things work. I appreciated that effort

10.0The young lady was patient with me I was agitated her and the boss fixed the problem and they were amazing all the staff was helpful i will come back and stay here again u will love the courtyard the staff is over the TOP I WILL DROP THE MIKE AND IT IS EASY TO GET WHERE U GOING ITS ONE BIG CIRCLE THE RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL IS CLEAN STAFF IS OVER THE TOP THE MANGER IS AMAZING AND WILL TAKE CARE OF ANY PROBLEM YOU HAVE WITH PATIENCE AND RESPECT
− The employees were helpful and respectful and was extremely nice and respectful i had a tragedy and they were very concerned and the breakfast was amazing and my pizza was on point Saturday night
