Great hotel that’s getting even better!
10.0Had a well appointed room with a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed a surprisingly exceptional meal in their restaurant (creative options compared to the typical hotel restaurant menu). They are making enhancements to the lobby and other areas which look incredible and should be complete soon. The staff are super friendly and the location is the perfect launch pad for all the cool spots in Jacksonville.
Install ice machines 9 out of 10 as is would rate a 10 with the machines

− My only problem with my stay was no I’ve machine on any floor. That being said they did give me ice for my room at the bar but, that took the convenience out of it.
I would definitely stay there again next time I am in the are!
10.0Everyone was super helpful and friendly! The valet people were willing to help me with my luggage and gave me an excellent place to eat on my way out.
− The ice machine was broken. It looks like they are renovating the are so it wasn't installed yet. Had to search for it.
