friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was excelent.

− as a special needs person I was challenged with the entrance and exit of this hotel. The elevator was broken and the escalator didn't allow me to descend with my luggage . not good not easy for me.

Location and room were perfect absolutely stunning views made it difficult to ever leave our balcony! The rooms and beds were super comfortable, a real home from home.

− The pool was not good, the water was warm, cloudy and thick. I had a cut which meant the sea water lagoon wasnt an option for me and the pool was very disappointing.
