10.0The location of the hotel is absolutely incredible. It is in the center of the city, hence the shops, restaurants and squares are in easy rich. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was an interactive kiosk to buy tickets for near date events available for the guests and tourists (e.g., Big Bus tour). Our room was spotless and very clean. The breakfast was very tasty. A special thanks to the front desk receptionist staff! They were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions.
