Zero sleep due to the uncomfortable heat
1.0Location was perfect for us , near a tube station and fairly close to the west end .
− The air conditioning units hadn’t been commissioned therefore weren’t working . They supplied a tiny fan that merely blew hot air round the room , as you imagine in a heat wave this wasn’t acceptable. We would never have booked and paid in full prior to arrival if we’d been made aware the hotel had NO AIR CON .
