− Not enough towels in the 2 rooms dirty bath nat keys deactivate prior to checking out. Was locked out of room but fortunate the other person was in the room.

− The room had little bugs crawling around. Luckily we did not find any in the bed. We had to bag up all of our stuff and buy bug spray. The shower was nasty. I also had to buy shower shoes.

Stained linen
6.0The location and staff responsiveness
− The bed linen seemed dirty so, we requested clean linen. Staff tried to accommodate by giving us clean linen but the linen was stained and to small. He was unable to find the correct bedding so, we waited for the change of staff to remake the bed and sleep. The new staff person provided unstained, clean linen.
