− Very outdated. Couldn't get into our room with the key card. Front desk couldn't give us a new card because he didnt have access to the programmer, so we had to get him every time we wanted to reenter the room. Non-smoking room that smelled of smoke.

5.0− AC sounds bad, floor not clean well! Waiting room tea/coffee flask broken, tap not working, front desk officers attitudes was not in guest mood!
