We enjoyed our visit to New York very much, It was so comforting to come back to the hotel and rest.
9.0Our room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of fresh towels and amenities for our use. The staff were very respectful, kind and knowledgable when we asked for help. We were able to get a ride to the airport at the last minute, our driver was very kind and efficient.
− The A/C was incredibly loud, even on the low setting.The elevator was rather small and slow at times.

9.0The deluxe queen room came with a second room with work space and two chairs. Great if you need additional space with two kids like we did.
