1.0Wat een slecht hotel is dit. Voor alles moet je apart betalen: als je bij het zwembad van de bedden gebruik wilt maken, kost dat € 27,- extra. Voor het zwembad moet je ook nog een badmuts kopen van € 3,-, dus je bent al € 30,- kwijt om alleen al naar het zwembad te kunnen. De gangen stonken erg en het tapijt was kapot, er zaten zelfs gaten in. De hele badkamer zat onder de schimmel en de hendel van de kraan was ook kapot. Het hotel biedt 'privéparkeren' aan, maar iedereen kan zo het terrein op voor de veiligheid moet je het zeker niet doen en het kost ook nog eens € 20,- per dag, terwijl je vlakbij gratis kunt parkeren. Ik had zin in een warme kop thee en bestelde deze 's avonds bij de bar voor € 4,-, terwijl er letterlijk een automaat stond waar het € 2,- kostte. Wat een geldklopperij en wat een smerig hotel, ik zou het ten zeerste afraden. Voor mij nooit meer Novotel. Hier valt heel wat te verbeteren!
