3.0The location was convenient
− Rooms smelled musty/moldy. Breakfast was small and incomplete. Staff was rude and unhelpful (she saw us standing at the counter and continued to sit on her phone watching YouTube for 5+ minutes before getting up to help us. Facilities were lacking (no gym) pool had weird carpeting and no towels. Rooms had other guests dirty clothes left behind in them.

10.0Everything was better than expected for such a chain hotel along the highway. The room was quiet (stay on the side opposite the highway), the beds comfy, and the breakfast is sufficient and in a nicely laid out room--almost comfy. The indoor pool is quite large and clean.
