Very comfortable

− I wish the rooms would have had complimentary water bottles since Des Moines has such a high amount of nitrates. Also- no little packages of Q-tips. The one time I don’t pack them.
It was good stay overall
9.0Location is excellent, great view and access to the river. The facility is clean and comfortable with perks of food on the weekends.

− Very leaky roof, ac didn’t work properly in room, car came back from valet wet, and carpet in room was coming apart.
