10.0Nice clean and safe hotel in a fabulous location. Definitely would stay here again. Room was spacious, cafes, restaurants a site seeing places are a few blocks away from the hotel.
Great location easy walking
8.0Came with grandkids and family. Stayed in two rooms next to each other. Rooms with two queens and large bathroom. Beds were soft and needed flipping. Tv with many channels, heated pool and hot tub. Exercise room with many pieces of equipment. Inside rooms, valet parking is expensive $65 plus taxes. Wharf is about two blocks away. Trader Joe and Starbucks about the same. Gas station close by

10.0Fantastic hotel, stayed as a globalist and was very pleased with the staff and condition of the hotel. The hotel just completed a major renovation which I believe completed only a month or two ago so it felt like a brand new hotel. Spacious rooms, beautiful modern decor, fantastic experience. Also, breakfast was delicious.
Nice room, comfortable bed but lack of customer service.

− Check in staff rude, lift broken had to go through back of house. Pool area tatty.
