1.0− I have stayed at this hotel for multiple years this year was the worst it has ever been. The AC in the nutmeg ballroom was out and we had a meeting all week long in there it was hot it was nasty it was disgusting they charge us for fans when they knew the AC was out for four weeks. The food that we ate for dinner sucked it was dry it was disgusting the potatoes were so glued together you could’ve used them to probably lay bricks

7.0Convenient location. Our plans changed and we had to cancel one night stay and the staff along with Booking.com made it happen
− We were not told the pool was being removed and the bar area was very dark. We were told the bar was open until 10:00 pm but closed at 9:00

7.0The location worked well for us. The room was clean
− This is no longer a Sheraton. It is a Marriott Envoy. Has been for approximately 14 years, according to the desk staff. Might make a difference to some. We had an issue with the toilet and using the phone to reach the desk. Bathroom had minimal towels. When we checked out and shared our concern with the front desk staff, they were mildly apathetic. The hotel was clean, but the rooms need updating.
Stay away - dishonest staff.
2.0My wife accidentally left a necklace in plain view on the bedside table - taken by the room cleaning staff. Multiple calls were made to even reach the hotel manager and room staff manager, multiple more when they failed to follow up, and then failed to get the person to return it. No more Sheratons, certainly not this one.

6.0The best thing about this place: the staff. Everyone we spoke to was amazingly friendly, warm, and helpful. Now for the bad news. - I was there for two nights. They did not make up our room. This would have been OK if we'd known this service would not be provided, but there was no warning. (And no, it wasn't one of those places where you could opt in or out of having your room cleaned - no way to request, no placard do hang on the door, no warning, nothing.). When we asked about it the person at the desk said "You should have requested to have your room made up if you wanted it." I have stayed in many hotels and NEVER have I encountered an unadvertised expectation that basic room refresh was my responsibility to arrange. - I know this is called a "hotel" but basically it's a motel. No restaurant. The breakfast buffet looked nice but there's no way to get some simple thing - it's either the whole buffet or nothing. - No pool. We didn't want one but it's worth knowing ahead of time. - It was fine - safe, clean enough, convenient - but significantly overpriced for what it was. Summary: I wouldn't run screaming from it but I'd certainly prefer to stay elsewhere in the future. Just average.
