− The whole place was tired. Felt unsafe
Overall as a customer, I experienced a seamless service as we say in the business world.
9.0The location of the hotel is the most convenient for a traveler to Manchester. The rooms are spacious and any guest may utilize the other amenities that are available. Breakfast items are good but can be improved, e.g. by adding some cheese.
− This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I will repeat again that there is no toilet brush for the toilet. Another thing I would like to add, is that it would be good if the hotel checks all its mattresses and change the ones that need to be replaced.
