Not a good weekend stay!
6.0I have stayed here several times in the past few years. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Never had any issues until this weekend.
− Unfortunately there were people in our building that would stick a rock to hold the main door open while they sat outside and smoked - the smoke traveled in the door into our room (through the gap at the bottom of the door). They were up and going outside all hours of the night, slamming all the doors - it was awful! We arrived Friday, we complained of the smoke on Saturday and on Sunday we complained when checking out - not sure I will stay there again.

1.0Ze hebben samen met booking.com dubbel geld van ons gepakt, we kwamen daar midden in de nacht aan met onze half slapende kinderen. We hadden een half uur daarvoor geboekt en betaald, ik heb alle bewijzen. Ze bleven volhouden dat ze niets voor ons konden doen, midden in de nacht booking.com gebeld, ook hiervoor belkosten gemaakt, konden ons ook niet helpen. Het bleek te gaan om een boeking die naar een verkeerde mail was gestuurd. Schandalig hoe we zijn opgelicht door de hotelketen en booking. com. Omdat het nacht was en mijn kinderen half slapend waren, waten we genoodzaakt om een tweede keer te boeken en betalen voor hetzelfde verblijf. Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld in zowel de hotelketen als booking.com. van beide merken waren we trouwe klanten maar na deze vakantie zullen we dat niet meer zijn! We hebben meerdere malen met booking.com contact opgenomen, bewijzen geupload in de mail maar alsnog niets gehoord en terug gekregen. 😪😪😪😔😔😔
