Piacevole e comodissimo al centro!
9.0I colori della camera molto caldi e accoglienti. La maggior parte del personale molto accogliente e molto attivo, in alcuni casi proprio proattivi, per risolvere i piccoli incovenienti data dalla riapertura della struttura dopo qualche giorno di chiusura. Molto utili anche i suggerimenti e le informazioni per gli spostamenti alla reception. Colazione eccellente, staff disponibilissimo a venire incontro alle richieste: il succo di papaya è un vero e proprio ottimo frullato di papaya! Buonissimo l' avocado col pane! La posizione è eccellente, vicino al centro storico della cittadina di Chachapoyas - a 2 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, a 10 secondi a piedi dalla zona pedonale, dalla via dei negozi in stile europeo, molto ordinati e ben tenuti. Pulizia eccellente!
− Bisognava aspettare un po' prima che l'acqua si intiepidisse per la doccia, la connessione internet - eccellente nelle aree comuni, era un po' ballerina in camera.

10.0Excelente ubicación. Habitación cómoda a buen precio. Me gustó que ofrecieran huevos duros en el desayuno. Algo muy bueno fue que ofrecen dos toallas por persona y renuevan los útiles de higiene diariamente.
CENTRICO HOTEL EN CHACHAPOYAS
8.0Lo mejor del Hotel es su ubicación, está a una cuadra de la Plaza de Armas, a 5 cuadras de la Plaza Burgos y a 8 cuadras del terminal terrestre. Lo segundo es el personal, el joven encargado es muy atento y servicial. La habitación tiene una cama cómoda, una mesa, un TV con cable, un ropero, y un baño pequeño. El hotel te entrega toallas, jabón y shampoo. El hospedaje está en una zona céntrica, a un paso del Jr. Amazonas donde hay tiendas y diversos restaurantes para comer. El desayuno que te ofrecen es sencillo. Las instalaciones del Hotel son cómodas pero tienen potencial para mejorar.
− Tuve problemas con el agua caliente, y el desayuno que me brindaron estuvo incompleto, pero les indique mis molestias al Hotel y fueron receptivos con mis observaciones.

7.0They check me in early morning
− Basic breakfast has to be order day in advance. Very thin wall can be hear everything in the corridor or next room. They mix up initially my tour trip but fixed it. Quite cold at night

− 一部スタッフの態度がとても悪かった。笑顔がなく、間違って部屋をノックしてきても謝罪なし。睡眠を邪魔された。また、Wi-Fiの接続がとても悪かった。

9.0- Limpieza. - Agua caliente en la ducha siempre. - Televisor SmarTV. - Buena velocidad del internet. - El personal muy atento y presto a ayudar.
− - Podrían mejorar las camas, no son tan incomodas pero un poco más cómodas sería genial. - Podrían mejorar el desayuno, es bastante básico. - Deberían poner un tacho de basura en la habitación.
