温泉が良かったです。

− 夕食時に対応してくださったサーバーの方の接客態度が非常に残念でした。終始、見下すような態度や小馬鹿にしたような対応を受け、不快な思いをしました。 食事中にもかかわらず、「空いたお皿を下げます」と何度も言われ、奥の席に座っていた家族にも食事中のお皿を無理に出すよう促され、落ち着いて食事を楽しむことができませんでした。 また、飲み物の注文方法が分からず尋ねた際には、呆れたような表情をされ、タブレットを顎で指しながら「タブレットでできますけど」と言われました。その対応はとても失礼に感じました。 両親との大切な旅行だっただけに、このような接客を受けたことで、せっかくの楽しい時間が台無しになってしまい、とても残念です。今後は、お客様に寄り添った丁寧な接客を徹底していただきたいと思います。

Children stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
