La prima difficoltà è costituita dalle scale: non solo esterne, ma anche interne per arrivare in camera; senza un ascensore una persona un po' anziana o che ha qualche problema impiega un sacco di tempo ed energia. La camera, piuttosto tetra ha un letto a "baldacchino" (in realtà un telo tenuto da 4 assi perpendicolari), ma non ha appoggi per gli asciugamani in bagno, né un portacarta igienica, né sapone. La terrazzina a cui si accede dal bagno non viene pulita da tempo immemorabile. Se esci alla sera, niente chiavi... Al rientro devi bussare per farti aprire. La colazione è scarsa e a base di qualche merendina imbustata e di brioches surgelate e riscaldate n fornetto. Prezzo: 90 euro!!!

滞在自体は大変快適で、オーナーとは打ち解けた会話もでき、結果オーライではあったが、初日の夕方19時ごろにチェックインしようとした段階で、オーナーに予約情報が届いておらず、その為に部屋の準備がされていないどころか、オーナーもその場におらず、危うく宿無しになるところだった。その後、原因究明の為にオーナーから予約サイトへの連絡は何度かしていた様だったが、二泊三日の滞在期間中には、サイトからの回答はおろか連絡さて取れていなかった様で、滞在そのものより、今回の予約情報漏れの原因を知りたい。
