− Reception staff response was not friendly when asked on some support (Panadol, nearest pharmacy,..etc). Simply they answered “Search in internet!”

10.0Very close to the train station. Easy to wall to a bunch of different restaurants in the area. Excellent bar next to the lobby.
− Uber pickup and drop off is not very convenient since they cannot do it right in front of the hotel.
The hotel will check the validity of the credit card at the time of booking. If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will have 24 hours to provide the hotel with a new valid credit card. Your reservation will be canceled if you fail to provide a valid credit card within 24 hours.
