Decent little crash pad for a quick get away!
7.0We had a GIGANTIC spa tub in our room. The fridge was cold, and the room itself was rather large. For a simple one or two night stay, this spot will work! It was a bit away from the noise of the main strip of Helen, which made it nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub were open, and they looked really nice, but we didn't get a chance to try them out.
− The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was minimal, but it worked for a quick bite before we went home. Really, that's it, though. It wasn't a bad stay at all.

Don’t stay here!
1.0− If the guy would have been awake that would have been great. He slept most of our visit because he’s the only one working! Opened the pool at 11am when it’s supposed to be open at 10, never at the desk, I had to go knock on the room door next to the office a couple of times to wake him up or stand in the lobby yelling “hello” or “excuse me” multiple times before he finally woke up. Barely any breakfast, even though we were the first ones in there bright and early. When we first arrived we had 3 rooms booked, the toilet in one was clogged but he didn’t want to do his job so he gave us a key to another room ONLY to use the bathroom, one of our other rooms the bathroom door was hanging off like someone ripped it apart and our sink was clogged so we couldn’t run the water. It was just a mess! I really hope they get help in there
