升级了房间，雪景露台大床房，是复式的，一楼是客厅，二楼是洗手间淋浴间床和露台，非常棒。 1. 庭院收拾的干净利落，很有情调。 2. 早餐丰富，每天吃的很满足。 3. 庭院做了很多多肉植物，长的很好。 4. 一楼的客厅很宽敞，可以加床。 5. 二楼的洗手间和淋浴间分离，还额外有浴缸，还有烘干衣服的晾衣架。 6. 露台可以看到玉龙雪山山顶，以及旁边客栈的庭院。 7. 服务非常好，每天出游回来酒店都会送上糖水（银耳或者雪梨），也会给出游建议。

我是带着爸妈去丽江的，选了好久酒店最后订了这家，非常棒的入住体验。 1. 酒店设计高档，简洁亲切，服务人员非常nice，老板熊大、管家戴戴、前台阿布、博学小黑，食堂的阿姨，都非常棒。 2. 客房有地暖，洗漱用品是名牌，高级音响，智能马桶，淋浴间的人性化设计。 3. 早餐非常好吃，每天都要吃一碗店里的米线，另外还有粥、包子馒头、玉米鸡蛋。 4. 对于出游，熊大会给很好的建议，可以避开一些旅游的坑。 宾至如归，值得再次入住。 Superior equipment, professional service, excellent staff, worth checking in again.
