NO ICE NO Points NO Elevator RUDE.
3.0Elevator broke. Every ice machine on every floor broke. I went to check my points where I stayed there last time for 15 days somehow all my points were gone. They let somebody else use my point. I got no help trying to recover my points. They told me to contact corporate. This time I stayed Twice. The first one I had a coupon at booking.com. they told me I don't get any points because I used booking.com and then when I went used my points for my second stay they let somebody used all my points. Breakfast was great. Staff working breakfast and new girl at front desk are Awesome. Manager Tiffany was rude no help. I had to leave 2 nights early they would not adjust my stay or give me any credit. I paid 2 nights for nothing and got NO Points while staying.
− They had no ice. No Elevator No points because I used Booking. Com to book my stay. I should be able to get pay anyway I want but I still should get points because I still stayed there. I didn't really save much money. I just had a coupon at booking.com from using them so much. But I still paid $1,000 to stay for a week. And then I got no help from the manager. Tiffany, I stayed there last time for 15 days. I had a ton of points. They let somebody else use my points. She told me she couldn't help me. Then I need to call corporate. NO HELP. It's my money. I should be able to use it to pay for the hotel anyway. I see fit. The hotel should give me points no matter how I paid and then when I paid cash last time and got a ton of points they let somebody else use my points. Something very shady about this place

Good clean hotel. Below average breakfast.
8.0Location and parking was ample. Clean quiet room. Everything worked great. Updated look.
− Upon check in. Clerk was very abrupt and short answered. Asked if I had a reservation and I said yes I did. Clerk then said drivers license. And that was it. She then said credit card for incidentals. Nothing else. Then handed me my room cards and did not tell me the number if the room. And said give me those back. You are room 230. My wife who has a hard time walking distance, so I asked what area of hotel room was at. The clerk looked at me and paused, then said 2nd floor. I simply said ok. After getting my luggage and returning inside. We were greeted by the clerk violently kicking chairs into the computer desk area to get them to the desk. The breakfast was average to below average. Pancake machine was empty. And when refilled Still did not work until another employee came to fix it. Two types is sausage? And cold eggs.
