Bel appartement bien équipé et silencieux. Proximité des différents lieux touristiques sans en avoir les défauts correspondants (excès de touristes et tout ce qui va autour …).

Die Lage war für uns perfekt, um die Biennale zu besuchen. Es war alles da was wir brauchten und so sauber wie dort, haben wir bisher noch keine Unterkunft vorgefunden. Die Begrüßung durch Carla war sehr freundlich!

Très bon séjour à Venise dans un appartement confortable, beau, fonctionnel où on s'y sent bien.

Très bon accueil, Carla nous a accompagnés jusqu'à l'appartement . Appartement décoré avec goût, très propre, lumineux, avec une bonne climatisation, très bien placé, calme avec les commerces à proximité. Le vaporetto accessible à 5 minutes à pied. Tout était bien. Nous sommes prêts à y revenir.

Would definitely book for my next trip to Venice.

Spacious brand new apartment in a quiet area close to everything. No crowds in the street. The host is very responsible and helpful. Air conditioning in all the rooms saved our trip during heat wave. All amenities as described. Supermarket next door and luggage storage Bounce at Teson hotel 100 m from the apartment.

Excellent apartment in perfect location. Excellent communication and host Veronica was fabulous.

Veronica was excellent to deal with & communication was excellent. The property came with everything you could need. Coffee machine, toaster, laundry room and shampoo, soaps in bathroom. Aircon was strong and needed as temperatures were very high.

Good to know

A surcharge of 50 € applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 21:00.

Guests are responsible for keeping their keys safe during their stay. If keys are forgotten inside the apartment or accidentally locked out, a €50 fee will be charged for emergency assistance. Assistance is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside of these hours, service is not guaranteed. Lost keys will incur the cost of replacing the lock and a complete set of keys.

The apartment does not provide food. We provide **bed linen, towels, and a courtesy set**. All everyday consumable items must be **purchased or brought by the guest**.
