Unacceptable conditions.
2.0The man at the front desk was very friendly.
− We left shortly after arriving because our room was in very poor condition. The beds were made and the bathroom looked relatively clean (just old and stained looking), but there was hair and other visible uncleanliness on the pillows, sheets and blankets, and we even found a couple of live bugs on the pillows. The shower also didn’t work, only the bath. We felt very uncomfortable and left for another hotel, despite not getting a refund.

3.0Like the location and rooms next to each other
− The comforter had stains on them. The non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. One of the rooms the beds weren’t even made, like someone had already slept there.

3.0nothing it was hot in the hallways and lobby the breakfast was sad there was random stains on the furniture throughout the room we had no mini fridge and there was hair on the pillows as soon as we looked in the room
− it just wasn’t pleasant the window had no screen there was dead bugs throughout the halls and even a crack pipe

5.0The indoor pool was open and fun for the kids. The waffle maker was delicious. The fridge and shower worked.
− The facilities are old and falling apart. The room was stinky and there is no bathroom fan. There was a pair of dirty socks in the drawer which made the room smell sweaty. So the room was not very clean but the bedding was clean. The staff would not answer in the app or on the phone so I had to walk over to the desk and she was sitting on her phone.

− General disrepair, bare bones breakfast, unclean rooms. Had to request a new room because my room was filthy clearly someone had tried to pretend it was clean by making the bed but it was actually dirty bedding on both beds that had been made up dirty
