Overall, we expected a better standard from the hotel. The room issues should have been dealt with.

− staff are terrible. We had a few issues. Was told a partial refund was being issued. never recieved. Now we are being made out that we have made it up.
Would definitely go again!!!

− Having a full length mirror in the bedroom. This was quite a pet peeve as we were going to two shows whilst staying.

9.0De ligging is zeer centraal en bij een goede metro voorziening. Een goed ontbijt met veel vers fruit in een zaal met open uitzicht op de londense rustige straat. Het gebouw is sfeervol & het personeel Proffesioneel en vriendelijk.

− Was supposed to have s twin room. On arrival was told we had the twin room but when we returned we were told it was not available and was upgraded to a premium room with a king size bedwhich was surprisingly small for its description
