10.0What a great experience. We had let the hotel know it was our granddaughters birthday. From the moment we checked in we were thoroughly looked after. All the staff made our granddaughters stay one that she will never forget. Particular thanks to Barbara who went the extra mile. All the team were very friendly. We will be talking about this trip for a long time. Many thanks!

10.0The staff were amazing, especially Barbara on the reception who paid extra special detail when checking us in as it was my grandaughters Birthday and she recalled her name when booking us in. The staff made a fuss of her and in our room were balloons, a number 8 on her bed made of petals and complimentary drinks and a birthday cake. It was an amazing stay from start to finish and this was due to the attention to detail and the way the staff made my granddaughters stay so special. When we returned to our room after a trip out in the day she had a goodie bag with sweets and treats and a teddy bear which was amazing. We were given complimentary breakfasts also which were amazing. What an amazing stay, we would highly recommend, and we will definately come back. Our granddaughter is already asking when she can come back again !
