The location of the hotel was ok, walking distance to metro and botanical gardens. Breakfast had good selection. Gluten free option for those who need that.

− The hotel has a 9 rating, and in our opinion that is way too high. First of all, the checking in area, it is outside (not a problem), but too crowded. Staff friendly, but not sincere. Hotel room had a nasty smell from the sewage. Rooms are smaller than they look on the pictures. Same for the swimming pool and gym, they are smaller than they appear on the pictures. View from room was not great, looking into other rooms and balconies. So we expected a "9" rating hotel, but it isn't.

Het is een prachtig indrukwekkend gebouw. Goede service, echt heel vriendelijk personeel. Ze doen alles Voor je. Goede centrale ligging.

− De 2 persoonskamers zijn relatief klein ten opzichte van de uitstraling van het gebouw. Je hebt maar 1 kledingkast, dus als je met 2 vrouwen bent 😀, dan heeft de 1 geen ruimte en moet de kleding in de koffer blijven.

Impressive building, good but small rooms, impersonal treatment.

The view of the superior balcony room. Design of rooms. Beautiful big and well-designed common spaces. Inclusion of nature and green and water in the hotel. Gym was clean and well equipped. The flexibility of the staff to change us to a superior room to meet expectations sourced from Booking.com

− Half of the common areas are reserved for private events or club members which is a shame for the price tag. Shower products not satisfactory for the hotel category.

The air con was good

− The breakfast was very crowded. The pictures of the pool look nothing like the real thing. It was dark and cold and small. The cloud they talk about is a metal roof It was just a clean well organised city hotel. If your going for business it’s more then enough. We were looking for a resort which it is not. Unfortunately they try to sell it as one. If they just said it’s a good business hotel that would be better
