Suhaila was wonderful, very pleasant to work with. She got us checked in quickly. At first they didn’t have the deluxe suite we had reserved but she diligently found it in their system and had us taken care of. The bellman Jerry and his team gave us excellent advice on parking and got our bags to the room right away. I will definitely stay with this team again

Disappointing Stay

Disappointing stay at the hotel. The bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows need to be replaced. The thermostat is right next to the HVAC unit so it did not stay on for long so the room did not cool or would constantly be going on or off. The shelf in the bathroom was broken and paint was peeling off the walls and doors. It looks like they did a landlord quick paint over all the layers that were already there. The toilet is very low and very uncomfortable for a tall person. Check-in was rushed and no HHonors Gold perks offered.
