A clean room with two beds. Working TV. The complementary breakfast at 7:30 AM was dismal.
3.0The air conditioner in the room worked. The room was clean. There was coffee in the AM.
− What breakfast? At 7:30 AM, the waffle maker was out of batter. The Apple Juice and Orange Juice were empty. There was one (1) bagel. The selection of fruit in a basket were over-ripe / soft. The hair dryer in room did not work. With a reservation in advance, it took more than 20 minutes to check in; the employee behind the desk indicated it was his first day, and he had great difficulty getting the printer to function.
That was a horrible experience, but I learned my lesson. I would rather pay a little extra and be co
1.0What breakfast? There were only a couple of oranges, apples, and bagels there. The juice machine was out of order, there wasn’t much about that place. Thank God there was a McDonald close by.
− I requested non-smoking rooms, but the rooms that I received were smoking rooms that smelled horrible. I also requested 7 rooms in total, but I only received 6. We couldn’t sleep that night.
