− I booked this hotel because of the free breakfast and the fact it had a pool. We went to the breakfast on the 1st day and it was horrible- didn’t have anything to accommodate people who did not eat turkey products or eggs. No waffles or pancakes. Then the pool was closed down the second day we were there and never reopened. The reason was that they were waiting for chemicals. So, two of the factors that made me choose this hotel were lack luster or non-existent.

− I made reservations for 2 beds and a sofa bed for my family. When it was time to sleep pulled out the sofa bed and it was not clean at all. They need to upgrade their sofa beds if they are going to include them with the accommodation of the room. It was a bomber and disappointed because I purchased that room to intentionally use the sofa bed 😑.
