− Building, rooms, outside of building bathrooms old and not that clean.

− The room weren’t very clean
I will be back. Very nice property, overall.
7.0Staff were very nice. Very clean.
− On the 3rd the water heater or broiler broke down and we only had cold water. We were given a choice to leave or stay. I chose to stay and that day I was given 50% off, which was nice. Things happen.
Disappointed
3.0The staff was very friendly
− they were doing renovations, didn’t tell us beforehand and closed half the facilities. Meaning no gym and a freezing cold pool
Unacceptable
1.0− They called me the day of to cancel my reservation because they did not have any hot water. At almost 50 years old I have never heard of such a thing. I'm also dealing with breast cancer and going through chemotherapy, it was not a good situation for me to have to try and find a new hotel the day of when there was a huge event going on that weekend which made it very difficult
