− No elevator,they didnt grant our request for a ground floor room,we were next to back door and vending machines which was very noisy! While we were out for the day the housekeepers came in our room unexpectedly and took all of our towels but they didnt leave clean ones and they didnt even clean our room,I had to go down to the front desk and get clean towels as they wouldnt bring them up to our room! The breakfast was definitely another disappointment was it was nothing more than microwave biscuits!!! We will never stay there again!!!!!

6.0The desk clerk, upon arrival, was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating.
− The room was dated, and the previous patchwork was completed in an incompetent manner, but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable. The morning crew not so much. I don't know which was more annoying, the television blaring in competition with loud top 40 music, the lack of anything resembling nutrition to eat for breakfast, or the lack of hosting by the employees; save for the lady in charge of the kitchen area, who was trying to do her job around the other employees who ignored the guests while attending to themselves. From maintenance to hospitality, management is lacking at this hotel.
