− Boa noite! Gostaria de informar que a reserva que fiz dos dias 19 até 21 na Pousada Piquara em Mangaratiba RJ, cancelei com a pousada no mesmo dia devido ao fato do quarto estar com muito cheiro de mofo e o fato do quarto não ser conforme o ofertado. Devido a isso cancelei e quero o meu dinheiro de volta.

− La chambre était très humide et une odeur désagréable s'en dégageait. Les oreillers étaient imprégnés de cette odeur. Nous avions un lit double mais avec 2 draps simples!!! Le bloc de climatisation était très bruyant et lorsque l'on l'éteint, on entend le ronronnement de celui de la chambre d'à côté. Le mécanisme de la douche est tout en plastique et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Tous les équipements auraient besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement. Au final, pour 60€ la nuit, les prestations ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur.
