Generally ok but a big!! Put off was the attitude of the chap who booked us in. Rude , offhand and somewhat obnoxious. D

Location is great for using the boat trips to the farne islands.

− Breakfast was very poor quality. Lorry delivery was right under our bedroom window at 8am. Very noisy.

location was good . Views were good nice outdoor area.

− The room was very small and window opened onto a courtyard where ice cream vans parked all night with fridges going. Bathroom tiny and step up into and out of it a bit dangerous for older people.

Okay hotel with a good location. Wouldn’t recommend the family room wth two older children.

Nice staff and good location

− We stayed in a family room which was very cramped for 4 people. Room was hot and the window didn’t open at all. Sofa bed was pretty small for two older teenagers. Also the proper double bed was quite small.
