10.0I liked everything, the staff was great, the food was very good, the room was excellent (especially the bath tub), the safari was lots of fun, (especially touching the elephants), the gift shop was great too. Most of all though I liked the Wild at Heart setting.

6.0The house keeper was very nice and helpfull. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. But the manager gave us a different feeling, he never made us feel welcome over the phone and did not have good customer service skills.

Disappointing Stay at La Bastide
4.0The room was not as advertised on the website, the door handles were an issue. There was no television, or iron so the creature comforts not there, I was lead to believe that you could braai but then I was told the braai stands were only exclusive to the cottages, and we did not need a cottage as it was just the two of us. Not all the lights in the room were working. The cushions ofr the outside chairs were dirty.
The seasonal pool will be open from September to May.
Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
