− Black mold on shower ceiling (informed front desk-they said that maintenance would be notified) Loud music from 2a - 7a making a restful night sleep impossible. (Complained to front desk - either he was unable to find where the music was coming from (doubtful) or could not get them to turn it down).

− I stayed there several times. I hate that they don't refund my deposits. I shouldn't have too pay a deposit if I'm not getting it back
