− Nececita mantenimiento en todo desde las cortinas que estaban descoogadas entraba mucha luz .el sanitario le baba mucha dificultad para baciar . El colchón marítimo para dormir se sentían todos los muelles en la espalda. La cajonera del baño se salía de su sitio estaba mala no se podía tocar .

− During our stay, we experienced several serious issues with the apartment which made it feel both unsafe and unsuitable for a family with young children. * My daughter opened one of the drawers and the entire drawer fell out onto her foot, causing significant bruising and severe pain. This was clearly a safety hazard. * There was a nail protruding from the side of the bath, which resulted in my son cutting his back. * The heating appeared to be faulty. The apartment was unbearably hot throughout our stay. Even after turning the heating off and opening all the windows, the temperature remained extremely uncomfortable. * The sofa bed had noticeable stains, which were very off-putting. I have no idea what they were, and quite frankly I didn’t want to know. It made the accommodation feel unhygienic. * There were several areas throughout the apartment that appeared to have been poorly repaired with temporary fixes rather than being properly replaced or maintained, giving the impression that safety and upkeep had not been prioritised. Overall, what should have been an enjoyable stay resulted in two upset and injured children. As a family, we expected the apartment to be safe, clean and properly maintained, and unfortunately it fell well below those expectations.

Clean apartment, The duvets, towels and bed sheets were clean.

− The beds were very uncomfortable, especially the old sofa bed. Its wooden frame could be felt through the mattress, making it extremely painful and unsuitable for sleeping. I could not sleep properly, and it caused pain throughout my body. The owner should replace it rather than offer it to paying guests. Although the apartment was clean, the poor quality of the beds seriously affected our stay.
