− Didn't like that they try to pawn an old room on me until a complaint.

10.0Hotelul decent, curant, camere mari pentru conditii de Hong Kong, locatie foarte buna, personalul extrem de simpatic si vorbitor de engleza.
− Poate pt gustul meu cam frig in camera si cu clima oprita, dar repet, poate este doar o chestiune personala. P.S. Ca un tip, recomand un training de comunicare la femeia de la room service :))) , dar asta nu reduce in calitatea hotelului.
Good stay
8.0Clean and comfortable room, good facilities in general. Nice customer attention through the Booking app, though not while in person. Good sleep (in floor 25) despite loads of bars by the hotel.
− Room seems smaller than photos. Had to ask for towel and bed sheets for child in booking. Rate in booking.com appears to overestimate in my opinion.
