The staff was amazing. Due to the bad weather we had a very eventful weekend, but even with everything that occurred the staff make sure to take care of your knee.

− I asked for service daily and we only received service once (on the last day) out of 5 day stay. There was a storm that knocked out the power on the second day. So we had to walk up and down the stairs to the 4th floor most of the stay because the elevator was never fixed. This hotel was rated 4 stars on booking.com....it was def no more than 3. Not worth the amount we paid.

Staff was friendly & location was easy to highway access

− dried blood spots on the walls by both beds. Tile in bathroom was broken & lifted every time you walked on it. Bathtub was not very clean either. Loud noises in the area at night of people street racing with loud music.

Now I know why rates were cheapest in the area.

Breakfast was very good. All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

− Pool was not operational. Only one working entrance at the front desk. Elevator broken and would not go to the 4th floor. Did not supply enough towels or wash rags for our number of guests.
