− First room had a large puddle of water from the frozen fridge. Second room had a fire door that would not automatically close. It had to be pushed extremely roughly to close. Had stained ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Watered down shampoo. Was not offered any compensation for the issues. Front staff was welcoming and friendly.
