6.0− Housekeeping Team sollte geschult werden. Sitzen im Gang rum und spielen am Handy, Sauberkeit geht so....
チェックイン時間はあてにならない
4.0部屋は綺麗だった。
− 15時チェックインとなっていたが、18時まで3時間もフロントで待たされた。そのせいで予定をひとつキャンセルすることになった。ありえない。待たせる客にはフリードリンクチケットを渡せばいいと思っているようで、たくさんストックされていた。はっきり言って、清掃が追いついていない。15時チェックインと謳うのはほとんど詐欺。 また、１週間連泊したが、なんと一度もタオルが交換されなかった(整えて掛け直されるだけ)。使ったコップも、汚れが目立たなかったものは交換されずにそのままもとに戻されていた。

1.0− The behaviour of receptionist is very poor regarding extending check out time, they should respect all guests not specific ones. Another thing is that the room service employee (girl one) didn’t respect the privacy of the room and she open the door immediately while me and my family was there inside.

8.0駅から近かったです。治安がよさそうなところでしたので、夜、遅くても問題なさそうでした。 部屋も広くて快適でした。寝具が最高！
