Amazing stay for great price
10.0We have stayed here multiple times over the last 5 years, and we keep coming back. It is close enough to the U where our daughter went to school. The rooms are nice and clean.They are very accommodating, gave us a refund on a prepaid reservation when we accidentally canceled it. We booked again immediately. The breakfast has a large variety of hot and cold foods. I was impressed with two waffle irons making large and mini waffles. The manager’s reception of wine, beer and snacks is very unique. The pool, hot tub and outside patio with a grill are all inviting. Best of all the price is the best in the area. We chose this over the bigger hotels on campus. You would be happy to stay here. Sad to likely not come back now that our daughter is leaving.

− The room had a strong musty smell and some spots on the wall were missing paint.
Decent stay for the price
7.0Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and liked it was served until 10am, beds were comfy
− Small TV, shower is dated and drain backed up easily, hallway by the elevator did not get cleaned. There was a pile of chips and taco meat on the floor that stayed there for 2 days and was still there when we checked out.
