Rude Overwhelmed night auditer
6.0The night auditor at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and clearly not suited for customer service. He gave incorrect information about the hotel and responded with a snarky attitude when asked for a copy of the folio. He stares down at the customer and grunted his answers, showing blatant disrespect. He seriously needs a new line of work.

1.0The room division and size. The dark curtains The mirror in the bathroom
− The bed was really hard. I am 71years old and the bed gave my hips pain. There was no give at all in the mattress. The couch and toilet were low for a senior. I could not open the balcony door more than an inch and my son had to push very hard to close it

− Young rude guests causing problems in the round about & checking out a young adult dropping a bottle of crown royal in front of my family. Glass shattered every where. We loved that the bible can still be found in a hotel, thank you.

− The only negative is that breakfast is not included. I would say that a better option would be to include breakfast within the price of the stay.
