This hotel really needs to update its rooms - a/c, furniture, and water pressure.
4.0Very nice and helpful staff who were happy to give us fresh bottles of drinking water. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet on 11th floor.
− Privacy shade on window was missing, only had blackout shade. Bathroom sink water pressure is terrible, just a trickle. The thermostat didn't seem to cool the room even one degree, but we kept the fan setting on "high" which helped. Also someone in another room was vaping which we could smell through our ventilator. The furnishings are old, scratched up, and have definitely seen better days.
Okay but not the least bit convenient or easy.
6.0− Hated the self parking. So far from elevator. Accommodations for pets is zero. No where to take them out. I asked for first floor and didn’t get it. Parking overpriced—gouging.
Great Bar Service
10.0Great bar service! We are on a short business trip and stopped in for some drink before the end of the day. Brittney was awesome at the bar and made sure we had our drinks full at all times! We will definitely be back to enjoy the bar.

10.0We stayed at the Westin in Pasadena as I have stayed many times previously. The staff are always attentive polite and ready to assist. Reginald is an exceptional member of your team. He is always very friendly, he remembers my name, always looking for ways to make the stay better. Regional is a true asset to the Westin team. I look forward to returning. Great hotel!
10.0We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Westin. This is our fourth stay and is the only place we stay at when in Pasadena. The hotel is centrally located next to the historic City Hall and all of the shops and restaurants. All of the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Special kudos to Guille in the hotel restaurant who made our final brunch extra special!
