9.0la posizione super centrale a Pistoia, la possibilità di accesso e parcheggio in ZTL con permesso
− se avessi avuto da subito informazione che potevo accedere in ZTL, mi sarei risparmiato di mettere 12€ per parchimetro appena fuori la zona

− Poca pulizia del pavimento , poco fresca la stanza:è pur vero che erano giorni caldi... Ma dal rubinetto usciva solo acqua calda e il frigo non raffredda nulla.

8.0I booked this accommodation based on the price alone as I was attending for an event and needed to be central. The location was perfect. The bed was comfy and my bed was made and room cleaned daily. Aircon and WiFi were great and the little fridge kept my snacks and drinks cold. Easy access with door codes. Felt totally safe as a solo traveller and you really can’t fault it for the price. Would return for sure to use as a base for travelling around by train. About a 15 minute walk from the station and really close to bars and restaurants.
− After arriving from two nights in a lovely hotel in Florence, it initially felt like a bit of a come down on arrival. The room was very basic, which I expected for the price. Quite dark due to the window shutters, but these are absolutely needed due to that side of the building being in full sun all day. The shower pressure was great but the drain wasn’t working properly so the shower tray filled with water. Generally the room and bathroom felt dated and would benefit from a refresh and a little updating which wouldn’t have to be expensive but would make it so much more inviting. I did have a bit of a panic as I didnt get a quick reply when messaging about my delayed arrival and was worried I’d have my booking cancelled for not being there, but once I did hear from the owner messages were replied to quickly and during my stay this was no issue. Despite these small things, I would stay here again as for the price you can’t really expect much more.
