Disgusted, worst hotel have ever stayed in.

− The rooms do not match the photos, the staff did not recognise the room shown in the photos. Tea/coffee facilities is only a pod machine, only paper cups and sticks. No milk. Hair dryer set off alarm in room couldn’t even dry my hair.

− Me han cobrado dos veces la estancia de la noche del 30 al 31 de julio. Después de comunicárselo al hotel hace más de un mes, no se han dignado a responder mi solicitud ni me han reembolsado el dinero cobrado indebidamente. Me parece totalmente inadmisible y me siento estafada.
