A lovely, luxury treat!
10.0Superb hotel in a splendid site in the centre of Barcelona. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly (especially Oscar!) and the service throughout was faultless. Lovely decor, plus a real treat to visit the roof bar in the evening to watch the visitors in the cathedral square.

Great location and staff - Really bad building
6.0Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicuous Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. Oscar helped us get a cab and he was really nice to us and helped immensely
− Noise inside the hotel was horrific. We were expecting the noise from outside which was absolutely fine. The problem was every movement from inside the hotel was extremely loud. Smell of sewage from shower drain which was so bad it hit our nostrils everyime we came back to the room. The bathroom was terribly built. Water just runs from the shower into the rest of the bathroom 5 star sevice, 3 star hotel
