9.0Del hotel me recomendaron un conductor de supuesta confianza, tal es asi que puede en contacto con mencionada persona de nombre IVAN, nos habia dicho para ayudar con el transporte y la Visa a Esuatini,SIN EMBARGO unas horas antes de salir para Esuatini, SALE CON LA excusa de que necesitaban mas dinero para hacer un SUPUESTO tramite de visado y yo ya percibí que era una estafa asi que no di mas, al pedir que devuelva el dinero entregado, salieron con una supuesta excusa que se gastaron en los TRAMITES, que no entregaron nada ...asi que me robaron o estafaron 200 dolares. Ese tipo de personas no debe recomendar el hotel, van a seguir estafando o aprovechar del turista y eso NO ES BUENO PARA EL HOTEL..

− Fiquei em 2 quartos sem água quente, não havia elevador e o lençol não estava colocado na cama
