Housekeeping needs to be reviewed
4.0The front desk staff was pleasant, just one mistake as I was checking in they called my room number out loud and it was a lot of people around. I was told that room number are not supposed to be called out loud🤔
− The housekeeping staff need to be reviewed, they do not do a good job at all, I have to call twice when I came back in the evening for the trash to be removed, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, bed wasn’t made properly, dust was there, I was very disappointed about that
Good stop off place to break up a long drive.
7.0Generous sized room with couch and chair to lounge when not in bed. Nice to have a decent sized mini-refrigerator and a microwave. Breakfast is great with lots to choose from. Good value.
− It would be nice to extend the hours for breakfast or have something available for those who want to sleep in past 8:00. The furniture is showing it's age. Likewise for the bathrooms. Nothing within walking distance so dependent on driving.

It met our needs due to cleanliness, location and pricing, but disappointing for an Embassy Suite
5.0This facility looks 40 years old. It has been maintained well, but is very outdated in many ways. Other than a nice breakfast and a good hamburger at the Bistro, there is no food service. The parking charge for a suburban location is simply a money grab.
− The layout of the main floor is like a labyrinth. Very confusing with a lot of wasted space. We learned the the hotel was closing next month to be demolished and replace by condos.
