Pela segunda vez, em menos de 30 dias, minha reserva não foi identificada pelo estabelecimento. Neste caso, o hostel informou que não foi comunicado por Hoteis.com até o momento sobre minha reserva, o que dificulta a prorrogação da hospedagem e a comprovação de que já houve pagamento pelo site de Hoteis.com.

* Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
